Jane has 20 years+ experience of recruitment, interviewing and coaching.  As well as traditional recruitment services she has written job descriptions, specified candidate profiles, advised on salary bench-marking, sat on interview panels and appraised employees for clients. Development of high calibre candidate talent pools has been key for her clients to meet their business targets and goals.
